As an immigrant mom from Venezuela, Fabi has spent the last 15 years living between Sydney and London. She is an author and a passionate advocate for Conscious Parenting, with a particular focus on the impact of screens on kids.

#28 What my birth stories taught me
A very personal episode where I share how different the birth experiences of my two children were and the lessons each one left me with. These are learnings I've carried with me ever since, not only as a mom but as a human being.
We’ll talk about perspective, creating our own story, realising what truly matters to us, and, most importantly, learning to let go of that need for control that we all feel sometimes.
